All travel is booked on the client’s behalf with independent travel providers, and applicable terms and conditions apply.

Payments & Booking Authorization
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment, clients authorize Hollie Travels to arrange travel services with our trusted travel partners on their behalf, in accordance with the agreed itinerary and applicable partner policies.
Hollie Travels does not store client credit card information.
Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of our travel partners. Once travel is confirmed, charges may be non-refundable or subject to penalties in accordance with applicable partner policies.
Hollie Travels’ service and planning fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are encouraged to review supplier policies carefully before authorizing booking.
